At Relianzi, we want to make sure that your bathroom renovation experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible from start to finish. From the initial consultation right though to handover of the finished project, we’re here to help – every step of the way.

Initial Consultation

Our initial consultation with you is a face-to-face meeting where we discuss your ideas for your new bathroom renovation and make recommendations based on our years of experience to create a solution that will result in the bathroom that you want.

This could be as simple as helping you select from our bathroom renovation package deals, or as detailed as helping you design every aspect of your dream bathroom, right down to the tiles, fixtures and fittings.

Quote and contract

After preparing a personalized quote for you, we then meet with you again to go through all of the details and answer any questions you may have regarding the quote and the overall renovation process. It’s critical to us that you are confident that you know what work will be completed and have a detailed timeline of when to expect it to be done. Only once you are 100% satisfied do we move forward with the signing of the contract.

3.

PREPARATION FOR CONSTRUCTION

Once contracts have been signed, a final project plan will be completed and the exact start date of your renovation will be locked in. We will also ensure that you know exactly who your point of contact and site supervisor will be and that you have all of their contact details in case you need them.

4.

LETS RENOVATE!

This is the part where the real excitement sets in as we begin transforming your existing bathroom into the haven you originally envisioned. If you’re living onsite, you’ll be able to see the progress as your new bathroom evolves before your eyes. If you we’re renovating an investment property for you remotely, you’ll be able to track the process through our secure online portal to ensure it stays in line with the project plan.

Our On Going Guarantees

To ensure everything is perfect for the ‘big reveal’ we complete two quality inspections prior to handover of your new bathroom. The first is a final works inspection, which looks at every aspect of the construction to ensure that everything included in the contract has been installed correctly and to the highest standard. The second is an onsite inspection with you to ensure that you are 100% in love with the final result of your new bathroom renovation.
